- Deadlines: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to make exchanges or returns. Refunds are processed within 7-15 days after receiving the package.
- Where to manage: The entire process is 100% online. Initiate the request on the website to schedule home collection or delivery to a Pick Up point. (Not available in physical stores).
- Item condition: Footwear must be completely unworn and in its original packaging. It is mandatory to affix the return label generated on the website to the outside of the package.
- Exchanges: The first exchange is FREE (Peninsular Spain only). For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Portugal, and France, you must make a return and place a new order.
- Return costs: (Deducted from the refund): Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal €4 | Canary Islands €9 | Madeira and Azores at the customer's expense.
