We do not guarantee deliveries at specific times. If the buyer specifies a delivery date, it will be treated as a guide only.

If we are unable to complete delivery, the carrier will make another attempt. If this also fails, they will leave a notification and the customer must contact the carrier to arrange a new date or collection.

If you change your mind at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and do not sign for it. We will then refund the amount using the same payment method once we receive it back at our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will have access to your tracking number.

Depending on the carrier, you may receive an email or SMS when your package is out for delivery. If you are not at home that day, you can contact them to arrange a new date or collect from their nearest depot.

If your order is going to the Canary Islands, please contact our customer service team using this form.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

You have a maximum of ten (10) days before the package is returned to origin. If you have not received your package after our usual delivery period, please contact the carrier to arrange a new date or collect from your nearest depot.
